Professional Admission Procedure
At ICMind, we follow easy, systematic, standard professional admission procedure that itself ensure level of proficiency of the organization.
Following documents are required for Admission @ ICMind Education. You can submit your application for admission along with necessary documents to the institute through post/mail or by visiting:

    • In person at:
      Regional offices / Branch offices / Admission Collection Centre / Study Centers.

    • Postal Admission:
      Through forwarding all documents and admission forms by courier / speed-post to our regional / Branch office location convenient for you.

    • Online / E-Mail:
      Submitting online admission enrollment application form, printing, signing and mailing the scan copy of all required documents bearing signature of applicant along-with form to admission@icmind.com and intimation to respective admission counselor.

    • Admission Collecting Executives:
      You can call us to collect your admission documents from your office / residence or any such location convenient for both the parties. Due to high number of documents collection request this facility is subject to schedule & location available for executive

Intimation before and after dispatching:
Please make sure to intimate the counselor / admission department; details of post / courier docket number / e-mail immediately upon sending the courier / mail / online form. The details are important for tracking out the documents to enable us to serve you fastest and to provide you the best services.

Checklist of Documents Required
Following documents (self attested 2 copies each) are required for admission to ICMind.

      • Application Form:
        Applicable Admission Enrollment Application form duly filled (BLOCK LETTERS) and signed by student and sponsors (if any)

      • Photographs:
        Passport size color photograph (Scan Copy / Soft copy as it shall appear on your certificates)

      • Address Proof:
        Permanent or Correspondence address proof (PAN Card / Income-tax Card / Election Card / Ration Card / Driving License / Electricity bill / Water Bill / Gas Connection Bill / Latter form Employer (if accommodation provided by employer) / or otherwise  any such document as may be accepted by ICMind education.

      • Photo ID Proof:
        Issued by government / semi government authority or otherwise any such document as may be accepted by ICMind.

      • PAN Card (for Indian citizen)

      • Citizenship Proof

      • Educational Qualification Proof
        Mark Sheets / Certificate of Examination as per requirement of course eligibility

      • Work Experience Proof
        Experience certificate, appreciation letter, Appointment letter, offer letter as per the course eligibility requirement or otherwise any such document as may be accepted by ICMind

      • Updated / Latest Resume: Printed copy of CV shall be enclosed along-with other admission documents and  soft copy to be forwarded to  admission@icmind.com

      • Instrument of fees payment or copy of payment made confirmation: shall be enclosed / mailed along with admission documents.

      • Self declaration letter for not submitting / delay in submitting any of the documents (if any documents are not available at the time of admission). Please download the format of self declaration for admission documents stating “I Mr./Ms. First Name Middle Name Last Name hereby confirm to submit all the required pending documents by dd/mm/yyyy date……”.

      • Other documents as may be required depending from case to case as may be required by ICMind like Self declaration for Qualification, Work experience, Placement Assistance form, Study Material form, Special eligibility application form, PRS Registration Form,  etc…

      • Intimation:
        Inform us after dispatching Courier / Post / Online Form / E-mail / Payment

Currency Convector:
The fees structure provided is in US$ still we provide flexibility to pay fees in any currency as may be preferable by you other then Indian Rupees (INR). For e.g. Student From Europe may pay Fees in Euro, Student from Britain may Pay fees In GBP the value of currency must be equal to the value of fees specified in USD$.

Student may use for calculating fees on their own currency as per respective country currency. Use the RBI reference rates for converting US$ fees to Your Local Currency.

Admission FAQ’S

Q.1} How can I inquire in your Institute?
Ans. You can send an inquiry on our website or call on the inquiry number and speak to our counselor. You can also come to visit personally with an appointment at our given office address.

Q.2} What is the admission procedure?
Ans. You should duly fill the Application form attached with Information Brochure, given to you or can also download or submit online. Application form has to be sent along with the attested documents required.

Q.3} How can I pay the fees?
Ans. Fees can be paid by Cash*/Online Transfer/Credit card/Cheque/DD which is payable in favor of “ICMind Education” payable at Hyderabad. You may communicate to 09246410100 at the time of effecting Cash payment transactions.

Q.4} Do you accept credit cards for payment of fees?
Ans. Yes, You can pay your fees by Credit Card / Debit Card / Online through ICMind Payment Gateway or different e-wallets.

Q.5} Do you provide any installments facility for paying fees?
Ans. Yes, we provide installment facility for payment of course fees but installments have to be paid by giving post dated Cheque’s at the time of admission also fees structure shall be applicable as per installment structure.

Q.6} Do you accept cash/D.DCheque for payment of fees?
Ans. Yes, Fees are accepted in all the above modes of payment. In case a Cheque gets dishonored / bounced then Students are liable to pay Cheque dishonor charges of Rs.800/- for continuing the course.

Q.7} Which documents are required to be submit for enrollment?
Ans. You may refer to – Checklist Documentation on admission page.

Q.8} How can I submit documents, If I cannot visit the Institute personally?
Ans. You can send the photocopies of necessary documents through courier or scan and mail the documents to admission@icmind.com

Q.9} Do you give referral benefits to students?
Ans. Yes, but it is purely decided by management and quality of students referred by you.

Q.10} How can I know my admission is confirmed in ICMind?
Ans. After enrollment you will receive the Receipt acknowledgement email from accounts department, “Welcome Letter” and “Confirmation Letter” through E-mail along with Student Reference Number, this reference number would be unique and exclusively for your future correspondence from our Admission Department.

Q.11} when will I get my ID-Card?
Ans. You will receive the Fees e-receipt & e-ID-Card within 25 working days (except Saturday/Sunday/Public Holidays) after completion of admission procedure.

Q.12} When will I get my Books?
Ans. Study Materials will be sent within 25 working days (except Saturday/Sunday/Public Holidays) after completion of admission procedure.

Q.13} Can I get the fees refund if I cancel the admission?
Ans. Fees once paid will not be refunded / not transferable under any circumstances.

Q.14} Can I change my Course & Specialization after admission?
Ans. You can change course & specialization only on the day of admission during working hours. Course & Specialization once selected will not be changed under any circumstances. If you want to change specialization or enroll for extra specialization you will have to pay applicable fees.

    • On-line UPI / IMPS / NEFT / RTGS:
      Screenshot / transaction reference number, transferring bank a/c details shall be mailed to admission@icmind.com and accounts@icmind.com

    • Online Safety Notes:
      In any case User ID, Password or any such confidential information shall NOT be provided even if demanded by any executive claiming to be ICMind’s representative. ICMind shall not be liable for any loss in any form due to such reasons or otherwise.

    • EMI facility of Credit card with reputed banks / financial organizations.

    • PayPal: Online payment by using credit card through PayPal account. For further details you can visit www.paypal.com. The User ID of PayPal Account is: payment@icmind.com

    • UPI payments:
      BHIM UPI, Google Pay UPI, Amazon Pay UPI or any other UPI platforms

    • Wallet Payments:

Offline Payment Options

    • Cash payment:
      Cash Payment may be made only after confirmation with ICMind Head office at 09246410100. Payment can be made at ICMind Education’s Head office and specifically authorized cash collecting offices with prior confirmation. In any case, Cash payment shall not be made to any unauthorized person even if demanded by any executive claiming to be ICMind’s representative. ICMind shall not be liable for any loss in any form due to such reasons or otherwise.

    • Direct Deposit in Bank Accounts:
      • Instrument/Cheque/DD/PO can be deposited directly to bank A/c.
      • Cash can be deposited directly to bank A/c.
      • Utilize services of your nearest branch or ATM accepting cash.
      • Deposit slip Scan copy or image shall be sent through mail.
      • Multi-city Cheque / DD / PO / other instruments must be issued in favor of: “ICMind Education” payable at Hyderabad.

    • Postal Courier Instruments:
      You may submit personally or courier all documents and payment instrument to our institute admission offices.

FULL FEES PAYMENT ADVANTAGE:
ALL INCLUSIVE – ECONOMICAL FEES STRUCTURE & NO HIDDEN COST

ICMind do not charge separate registration fees, program fees, study material, examination, certification fees etc…Almost all fees are indicated for each courses are in full for entire course and no hidden charges are applicable except specifically specified. You need not to pay any extra amount for the course unless specified. 

Re-Examination:
One time examination is included in fees but re-examination charges are charged separately.

Course Extension:
The full fees stands valid till the date of maximum duration of the course. After completion of maximum course duration course extension charges are applicable.

The prime objective of ICMind is to offer best education services at affordable fees structure. Excess of income over expenditure is utilized for cost reduction & quality improvement research & technology, expansions activities etc. The required efforts are made to maintain fees to maximum possible affordable level as the mission is to reach the unreachable & equal social development opportunity.

The excess of income over expenditure is also utilized to sponsor various social welfare activities related to education, health etc… Thus students can contribute directly & indirectly to great cause. Wherever the additional cost is applicable are clearly specified.

Admission Collection Centers

At ICMind admission procedures are easy & professional. You may submit your document & payment instruments to any of our contact centers in India.

The Institute is contemplating to start contact centers to other locations in ear time. That may include Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Delhi and Gujarat, UAE and other locations across the globe. Interested organizations may approach our franchisee manager.

Installments and Education Loans:

Generally we accept fees in one single payment. In case of any difficulty we may assist you with additional 30 days credit for 50% payment. That makes it easy payment option for person in need. Student can also speak to concern counselor for fees payment.

Single time complete / full fees payment may be difficult for specific segment of society. For such needy persons the ICMind has designed special installment schemes. And Loan schemes. The fees specified in prospectus are after deduction of cash discounts on 100% fees paid at the time of admission. The fees will be charged higher only of not paid in one time. The additional charge will be applicable.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Rights to admission is reserved by ICMind Management Committee

  • Admission once applied can not be revoked or can to be transferred to ant relative friends or ant third party. Payment once done can to be refunded under any circumstances.

  • Course extension fees & examination fees shall be applicable if course not completed within course duration specified in course details.

  • Re-evaluation fees & re-examination fees shall be applicable apart from existing fees structure.

  • Student applying admission is have to take informed decision based on the fact that ICMind autonomous self finance institute does not claim to be affiliated to any universities or recognized by any government authorities or bodies or organizations. Our efforts are purely focused in knowledge development of professionals that may lead to good understanding and higher probability of efficiency development.
